米国FDAは、2025年6月27日、サンド株式会社が、注射用セファゾリン1バイアル1グラムの1ロットの自主回収を開始することを伝えた。注射用ペニシリンGカリウム、2000万単位バイアル4本が、注射用セファゾリンのカートン（1カートンあたり25本）に誤って含まれていたことによるもの。日本への影響はなさそう。
