FDAは、非オピオイド鎮痛薬の開発のためのガイダンス案を公開

米国食品医薬品局（Food and Drug Administration：FDA）は、2025年9月11日、慢性疼痛に対する非オピオイド鎮痛薬の開発のためのガイダンス案を公開した。

このガイダンスでは、慢性疼痛治療用に開発されている処方箋非オピオイド鎮痛薬の第3相試験に関するFDAの現在の推奨事項を説明している。
