英国Community Pharmacy England（CPE）は、2025年9月1日、イーライリリー社が2025年9月1日よりMounjaro®（一般名：Tirzepatide）KwikPen®の英国における定価を引き上げることを決定したことを受け、9月より調剤されるMounjaro®の国民保健サービス（National Health Service：NHS）償還価格も引き上げることになったと発表した1）。
9月1日以降、薬局において、従来の償還価格での調剤を行うと赤字となってしまうため、CPEと保健社会医療省（Department of Health and Social Care：DHSC）とが合意したもの。

Community Pharmacy Englandは、イングランドにおける地域薬局（community pharmacies）の代表機関であり、薬局と政府・NHSとの交渉や政策提言を担う団体である。以前は Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee（PSNC：医薬品サービス交渉委員会） と呼ばれていたが、2023年に改称され、薬局経営者の代表として、政府・NHSとの交渉を行うほか、政策提言・広報活動、現場支援を行っている。
